Die Wortakrobatik Ty……. am Etikett ist dem Umstand geschuldet, das die Sorte TEROLDEGO in Südtirol nicht zugelassen ist. Heinrich Mayr am Nusserhof aber davon unbeirrt einen feinen Wein macht. In der Nase eine wirklich kühl-blättrige Note, Hibiskus, Tannennadeln, Schlehen, Heidelbeeren, dazu klitzekleine Röstaromen mit etwas Leder. Am Gaumen eine schlanke Textur, wieder grünliche Anklänge, leicht bitteres Tannin, eher wenig Säure, aber sehr elegant im Finish mit gutem Zug und Länge. Erinnert an einen klassischen Bordeaux!
