Description
Ein Grüner Veltliner ohne traditionelle Interventionen im großen Holzfass ausgebaut, heißt: ohne Batonnage, ohne Auffüllen (daher leicht oxydativ), ohne Schönung, ohne Filtrierung und ohne Schwefel - aber dafür mit sehr viel Hefetrub abgefüllt. Ein Wein auch geschmacklich weit ab vom Mainstream! In der Nase eher verhalten, Apfelstrudel und Mirabellenkompott, eine winzige Spur Joghurt, zarte ätherische Nuancen, nasser Stein. Am Gaumen eine intensive Textur wie man sie so kaum kennt, großes Wechselspiel: cremig und sauer, herb und süss, Hefe und Frucht, die Säure wird mit Luft zum tragenden Element, dazu etwas Salz, das gibt ihm letztlich den großartigen Zug.
