Der Blaufränkisch Bambule gehört zur Naturweinserie von Judith Beck, bei den Bambule Weinen handelt es sich um spontan vergorene Weine, die mit wenigen Eingriffen ungeschwefelt, unfiltriert und ungeschönt auf die Flasche gebracht werden. In der Nase zu Beginn fleischig und wild, Preiselbeere, schwarze Olive mit pfeffrige Kräuterwürze, etwas Leder und Malz, mit Luft öffnet er sich, wird feiner und fruchtiger. Am Gaumen mit straffer, eher kerniger Textur, dabei saftig, mit frischer Säure und leicht grünlichem Tannin, bleibt kräutrig und herb mit dunkler Würze, Graphit und roter Frucht im Nachhall.
