Hunny Bunny - ist ein sehr leichter, süffiger, aber trotzdem vielschichtiger, heller Rotwein! Oder doch noch ein Rosé? Die Trauben von Blaufränkisch wurden samt Rappen jedenfalls nur 3 Tage mazeriert. So entstand ein Wein in hellem Kaminrot, mit einer fruchtigen Nase nach angedrückten Himbeeren, etwas Wassermelone (der weißlich-grüne Part ganz an der Schale), ganz leicht vegetabile und erdige Noten. Am Gaumen saftig, erfrischende Textur, lebendig in der Säure, wieder dieser rote Beeren-Melonen-Kaltschalemix. Diesen Wein an einem warmen Sommertag gekühlt eingeschenkt - herrlich! Oder um diesen Text mit einem wohlbekannten Zitat aus einem genialen Tarantino-Film zu beenden: "I love you hunny bunny!" [LA, Jg. 2022]
