As a consumer within the European Union, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Please review our terms and conditions as well as our cancellation policy.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Please fill out at least the fields marked as required in full.
  2. We welcome additional information, such as if a wine didn’t suit your taste, and would be happy to recommend alternatives.
  3. Click on “Confirm withdrawal” to send us your cancellation directly.
  4. We will immediately confirm receipt of your cancellation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of timely cancellation.
  5. We will contact you to confirm acceptance of the cancellation and arrange for the return.
