In Liesle (at the northern gateway to the Jura, in the Doubs department), Arnaud Greiner runs a small winery with just one hectare of vines—but with the ambition to produce wines full of character. He also works at the Cavarodes winery alongside Étienne Thiébaud, a valuable learning experience that has shaped his approach: cultivating the vines with respect for nature and allowing the terroir to express itself fully. His wines are vinified in the Jura tradition, particularly through long aging in neutral oak barrels (at least two years for white wines). In terms of style, he emphasizes fresh fruit and elegance through minimally invasive fermentation.
