Ein Teroldego aus der kühleren Lage Sgarzon, die Trauben reifen etwas später und der Wein ist noch filigraner als die anderen Weine von Foradori. Der Sgarzon wird in Tonamphoren ausgebaut und bleibt ingesamt 8 Monate auf der Maische, diese wird allerdings nicht bewegt, wordurch die Extraktion nicht überbordend ist, anschließend kommt er unfiltriert in die Flasche. Tintige Nase mit säuerlichem Duft nach Blaubeeren, Schlehen, Rote Bete, Tabak, Flieder, Roggenbrot und wilden Kräutern. Am Gaumen eine feine kühle Struktur, lebendig und markant in der Säure, erdiges feingranulares Tannin, gut verwobene Mineralität, leicht nussige Nuancen, bleibt straff bis ins Finish, lässt aber seine Eleganz und sein Potential schon aufblitzen, sehr gute Länge.
