Ein dunkler Rosé oder schon Rotwein (die Grenzen verschwimmen immer mehr), mit erfrischend wenig Alkohol und gutem Biss. Sehr helles Kaminrot, in der Nase blättrig grün und intensive rote Ribiseln, Johannisbeerkraut, Melisse, wilde Erdbeeren mit einem Hauch Feuerstein. Am Gaumen eine sehr frische Textur, dazu eine erfrischende Säure, aber auch etwas Fleischiges - das schon an Rotwein erinnert, guter Grip vom feinem Gerbstoff, das leichte Moussieren hält ihn dabei sehr lebendig, perfekter Sommer-Drink!
