Description
Kalk- und Buntsandstein sind das Fundament des Böhlig, der in den Händen von Kellermeister Nicola Libelli so fokussiert, geradlinig und straff gelingt, dass man schon manchmal ins Grübeln kommt warum das jetzt "nur" Premier und nicht Grand Cru ist. Die Bürklin typische elegante Reduktion, gelbe reife Frucht, aber auch eine intensive Steinigkeit geben den Ton in der Nase an. Der Gesamteindruck am Gaumen dann sehr clean, straight und saftig, Granny Smith Äpfel und Zitronenzeste getragen von einer pointierten Mineralität, jetzt schon sehr ausgewogen, in sich ruhend und dennoch druckvoll mit einem ordentlichen Zug.
