Ein roter Naturwein vom jungen Martin Nittnaus, in der Nase Brombeeren und Sauerkirschen, Maische, Malz, VollkornbrotGraphit, Mandeln, aber auch ein ordentliches Reduktions-Stinkerl. Am Gaumen eine puristische und fordernde Textur, gehobene Säure mit feinen Beeren- und Sauerkirsch-Anklängen, mittleres Tannin, dann etwas Leder und Moschus, intensiv und anspruchsvoll im Nachhall.
