»Bambule« [ein afrikanischer Trommeltanz /aus Protest Radau machen /auch ein buntes und ausgelassenes Treiben Jugendlicher] heißen bei Judith Beck alle Naturweine und PetNats die unfiltriert und ungeschwefelt in die Flasche kommen. Der Weißburgunder ist diesem Anspruch gemäß natürlich wild und naturtrüb, in der Nase sehr frisch, zart grünliche Nuancen von der Ganztraubenpressung, Apfel, Ananas und etwas Würziges vom Ausbau in alten Akazienfässern. Am Gaumen eine knackige Textur, zarter Hefetouch, feinziselierte Säure, schöne Aromenkomplexität mit Zitronennoten, guter Grip im Nachhall. [GB 12/2021]
