Das Alter ist schon fast einzigartig wenn man bedenkt, dass diese Rebsorte vor 26 Jahren kaum eine Rolle im deutschen Weinbau gespielt hat. Mit zunehmendem Alter der Reben sinken auch die Erträge. 2021 hat aus qualitativer Sicht alles gepasst – konzentrierte Frucht, kleiner Ertrag und lebendige Frische! 10 Tage auf der Maische, dann abgepresst und mit allem was der Weinberg mitgebracht hat vergoren. Lediglich zwei Fässer wurden voll.
