Der nächste moderne Rosé (äh: Rotwein), mit wenig Alkohol, kernig frisch und gutem Biss, heißt frühgelesenes Traubengut, Ganztraubenpressung, nur kurz gemaischt, spontan vergoren, ungefiltert und ohne Schwefel gefüllt. LOW INTERVENTION auf neudeutsch. Sehr helles Kaminrot, in der Nase blättrig grün, rote und schwarze Ribiseln, Johannisbeerkraut, Melisse, wilde Erdbeeren mit einem Hauch Feuerstein. Am Gaumen eine knackig frische Textur, dazu eine kräftige Säure, aber auch etwas Fleischiges - das schon an Rotwein erinnert, sehr lebendig, perfekt zum Grillabend! [GB 08/2020]
