Ein fancy Chardonnay aus dem Jura, mit typischer Ausprägung des Bodens - dabei ausgewogen zwischen Wildheit, Zurückhaltung und Komplexität. In der Nase intensiv nach Quitte, blättrige Noten nach Hibiskus, Grünem Tee und Blumenduft, dazu Nuancen von Wachs. Am Gaumen eine zart phenolische Textur mit präsenter Säure, vielschichtige Fruchtanklänge, tolle Mineralität mit schönem Salzeintrag, daneben aber auch leicht erdig nach Pilzen, zum Abgang zeigt sich nochmals die Säure - die ein herzhaftes Finish einleitet.
