Ein Rosé aus Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt und Merlot aus den ganzen Trauben gepresst, spontan vergoren und in gebrauchten 500 Liter Fässern bzw. Stahl ausgebaut. Einnehmende Nase nach roten Ribiseln, Himbeermark, Rhabarber, dunkel gebackener Bisquitboden. Am Gaumen eine straffe bis erfrischende Textur, wieder rote Beerenfrucht, gute Säure mit zartem Tannin, dezente herbe Noten, daneben kühle blättrige Anklänge von Eukalyptus, leicht nach Feuerstein, bleibt gut hängen - sehr gelungen.
