MAXIMIN ist der gelungene Einstiegs-Riesling am Schubert'schen Weingut Maximin Grünhaus und stammt aus Vorlese-Traubenmaterial aus den Monopollagen. In der Nase ein klassisches Riesling-Fruchtspiel: weißer Pfirsich, Melone und Ananas, dazu eine Prise von einer Heuwiese, eine winzige Spur Morchel. Am Gaumen eine saftige Textur, guter Schmelz mit animierender Restsüße, die mittlere Säure hält eine schöne Balance, bleibt fruchtig-frisch, wieder Ananas, süffig wie manch Kabinett. [GB 06/2019]
