Ponzichter ist eine Cuvée aus Pinot Noir und Zweigelt, der Name stammt von einer deutschsprachigen Minderheit, die in der Region um Sopron herum Weinbau betrieb. Die Ungarn nannten die deutschen Winzer spöttisch Ponzichter, weil sie zwischen den Rebzeilen Gemüse, aber hauptsächlich Bohnen anbauten. Der Wein stammt aus dem Jahrgang 2019, ist spontan vergoren und im großen neutralen Holzfass ausgebaut. In der Nase Sauerkirsche, Erdbeere, Würze und einen Hauch Wildheit. Am Gaumen eine eher leichte Textur, zurückhaltendes Tannin und eine frische Säure, wieder Sauerkirsche und Erdbeere gepaart mit einer feinen Würze und einem unglaublichen Trinkfluss, da ist die Flasche gleich leer.
