Beim Pinot Noir Nero haben die Seckingers den Zusatz Nouveau mit auf das Etikett geschrieben, weil sie damit ausdrücken wollen, dass es sich hierbei um einen leichten, saftigen und unkomplizierten Pinot Noir handelt. Der Nero sollte gut gekühlt ins Glas kommen und glänzt mit Frische, saftiger Beerigkeit und einer ganz filigranen Tanninstruktur. Ausgebaut ohne Holzeinfluss und mit einem kleinen Anteil Weissburgunder, um eine noch leichtfüßigere Textur zu bekommen, das ist im 2021er Jahr hervorragend gelungen - aufmachen, einschenken, genießen!
