Johannes Zillingers Rosé aus der NUMEN-Serie ist komplex und charaktervoll. Der St. Laurent verleiht diesem Amphorenwein eine helles Rubin (fast rotweinartige Farbe]. Er gewinnt seine Komplexität von 100 Jahre alten Reben. In der Nase kühler floraler Duft nach Kirschen und Himbeeren, mit zarter Würze, (noch) leichter Hefeschleier und karge Mineralik nach rauchigem Stein. Am Gaumen eine saftige Textur mit etwas animierender Säure, begleitet von einem filigranen Gerbstoff und zartem Schmelz, wieder kirschig, ein Hauch von Gartenkräutern, guter Zug im Abgang.
