Mit dem 2025er Jahrgang wurde die Trauben für den Grand Ordinaire erstmalig komplett abgebeert und vergären umschlossen vom eigenen Saft mit sanfter Extraktion. Sie selbst nennen es Infusionsstil und behielten diese Tee-artige Auslaugung für knapp 10 Tage bei. Der Stil, der dabei entsteht ist immer noch von Frucht geprägt, aber es ist weniger quitschig, der Grand Ordinäre zeigt klare Walderdbeere, hell und süß, dazu etwas Heu und einen Hauch Tee. Am Gaumen mit feiner Textur, etwas mehr Grip als zuvor, saftige Beerenfrucht, dazu ein ganz dezenter herbaler Touch, stimmig und saftig, ein unkomplizierter Spätburgunder, am besten leicht gekühl trinken und falls Speck in der Nähe ist schadet es auch nicht.
