Ein gehaltvoller und runder Elsässer aus 100% Pinot Auxerrois, angebaut auf Mergel- und Kalksteinboden, der Großteil der Reben wurde im Jahr 1985 gepflanzt. Die Trauben wurden entrappt und 4 Tage auf der Maische belassen, nach dem Pressen reift der Wein ein Jahr lang in Edelstahltanks auf der Vollhefe. Ungeschönt, unfiltriert und ohne Zugabe von Schwefel abgefüllt.
