Claus Preisinger macht keine halben Sachen, der Xtravaganza 2013 ist sein erster Sekt nach der traditionellen Methode und der wurde direkt fast fünf Jahre auf der Hefe belassen. Heraus kommt ein erstaunlich feiner und eleganter Schaumwein, mit sehr feingliedriger Perlage und einer dezenten Wildheit, charmante Cremigkeit und eine straffe Säure, die für einen ordentlichen Zug sorgt, wunderbarer Sekt aus dem Burgenland, der viel Kühle und Frische mitbringt. Der Xtravaganza ist ohne Dosage und ohne Schwefel, ein sehr purer und geradliniger Sekt. [CB 10/2018]
