Eine (Naturwein-)Cuvée aus Welschriesling, Chardonnay und Traminer, kurz auf der Maische vergoren, leicht hefetrüb abgefüllt. In der Nase eine zarte Reduktion, Bienenwachs, Bratapfel, Quittengelée, Grapefruitzeste, daneben auch florale Nuancen, großartig vielschichtig. Am Gaumen eine geschliffene Textur, saftig, leicht stoffig für nur 11,5 vol.% Alk., die frische Säure passt perfekt zur zarten Phenolik, leichte Tee- bzw. Kräuterwürze, lang. Ein toller Einstieg in die Naturwein-Welt! PLV! [GB 02/2022]
