Eine (Naturwein-) Cuvée aus Welschriesling, Chardonnay und Traminer, kurz auf der Maische vergoren, leicht naturtrüb abgefüllt. In der Nase Bienenwachs, Bratapfel, Quittengelée, Grapefruitzeste, daneben auch florale Nuancen, großartig vielschichtig. Am Gaumen eine herzhafte -fast deftige- Textur, sehr stoffig für nur 11,5 vol.% Alk., die frische Säure passt perfekt zur zarten Phenolik, leichte Tee- bzw. Kräuterwürze, lang. Ein wirkliches Wein-Erlebnis! PLV! [GB 12/2019]
