Ein ganz moderner Rotwein aus Südtirol, von alten Vernatsch Reben mit 5% Blauburgunder veredelt. Helles Kaminrot, eine kühle Nase nach Veilchen, Blaubeeren, feuchter Waldboden, ein Hauch Morchel und Nuancen von Bleistift. Am Gaumen eine elegante -ja zierliche- Textur, wirkt sehr geschliffen, feingranulares Tannin, dezent-herbe Säure, dabei guter Grip. Ein wirklich gelungener schlanker Wein! [GB Jg. 2017]
