Description
Tout Rouge - alles Rot! Ist eine Cuvée aus Pineau D'Aunis, Grolleau Noir, Cabernet Franc und Cabernet Sauvignon. Die ganzen Trauben werden mit den Füßen gestampft - die schonendste aller Methoden, um Farbstoffe, Tannin und Aromastoffe aus den Schalen zu lösen und anschließend in offenen Bottichen mazeriert.
