Mit dem 2019er Jahrgang heißen die Naturweine von Seckinger nur noch Pure, nachdem die Kellerinspektion den Zusatz Nature verboten hat. Der Blanc Pure 2019 ist eine eher ungewöhnliche Cuvée aus Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer und Weißburgunder mit minimalen Eingriffen vinfiziert und unfiltriert abgefüllt. Trotz der duftigen Sorten fängt der Blanc Pure in der Nase sehr dezent und feingliedrig an, etwas nach Gartenkräuter, Heu, dazu eine zarte Blumenwiese, Quitte und ein ganz zarter ätherischer Touch. Am Gaumen eine satte runde Textur ohne opulent zu sein, die Aromasorten durchaus zurückhaltend, mittlere Säure, wieder herb-würzige Fruchtanklänge und eine karge Struktur mit einem Hauch Salzigkeit, Grapefruitzeste, ein leichter Hefeton, sehr ausgewogen im Nachhall.
