Pétillant Naturel, kurz Pet Nat (ist die natürliche Urform der Schaumweinherstellung: dabei wird der noch gärende Most in die Flasche gefüllt, mit einem Kronkorken verschlossen und dann fertig vergoren. Gerade Bio-Winzer lieben diese Verfahren, man kommt ganz ohne Zusatz von Zucker und Schwefel aus) und Gerhard Pittnauer hat ja immer ein Wortspiel parat: Pitt Nat - eine erfrischende Cuvée aus Blaufränkisch, Merlot und Syrah, leuchtendes Aprikot, fein prickelnd, Himbeernoten, nasser Waldboden, Nuancen von Feuerstein und Lorbeerblätter, am Gaumen eine feine Würze, schwarzer Stein (Lava), Anklänge von Cassis, zart hefig, feine Bitternoten wie Zitronenabrieb. Sehr erfrischend - ein idealler Sommer-Aperitif! [GB Jg. 2020]
