Ein neuer Pinot Noir aus einer neu dazugewonnenen Parzelle mit bis zu 100 Jahre alten Reben! Wie bei ihren anderen Weinen wurden für den Pinot Noir Fruit Défendu ganze Trauben vergoren und der Wein ausschließlich in gebrauchten Holzfässern ausgebaut, bevor er ohne Schwefelgabe und ohne Filtration abgefüllt wurde.
