Gewohnt trüb und strohgelb fließt die Cuvée aus Chardonnay (vom Kalk) und Weißburgunder (vom Löss) ins Glas. Nach 10-monatigem Ausbau auf der Hefe im kleinen, gebrauchten Holz präsentiert sich der Null Ohm weiß 2022 wie sein Vorgänger von einer einladend gelbfruchtigen Seite: in der Nase ein ausgeprägtes Ananasaroma, reifer gelber Pfirsich gesellt sich dazu, ebenso eine feine Prise Floralität von weißem Flieder, hintergründig begleitet von einer frischen Kräuterwürze und getragen von einer eleganten, zart rauchigen Reduktion. Am Gaumen extrem saftig, dicht, die lebendige Säure vereint sich auf optimale Weise mit einer gewissen Cremigkeit, ein bisschen junge Haselnussaromatik kommt jetzt noch mit ins Spiel und die Reduktionsnoten melden sich auch nochmal. Da ist viel, viel Juice, sehr ausgewogen und ganz ohne Trinkwiderstand; Null Ohm – Viel Ommm quasi. [LA 09/23]
