Eine typisch lässige Bezeichnung von Claus Preisinger für einen ernsthaften Wein. Eine Cuvée aus Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Franc und Syrah, die teils maischevergoren, teils in der Amphore mit etwas Florhefe ausgebaut wurde. Helles Kaminrot, verhaltene kühle Nase: Blaubeeren, Schlehen, Johannisbeerblätter. Am Gaumen eine filigrane Textur, zarter Säure, frisch-fruchtig, nur ein Hauch von Tannin, dazu Cassisanklänge, Sauerkirsche, dabei federleicht und luftig, toller Trinkfluss. [GB Jg. 2021]
