Ein klassischer "low intervention" Wein von Tony Bornard aus jura-authochtonen Trousseau-Trauben, spontan vergoren, unfiltriert und ohne Schwefel-Zugabe abgefüllt. Kräftig trüb in Glas, in der Nase Wald-Erdbeeren, die Kruste von einem Apfelstrudel, etwas Zitronen-Melisse und Spur von Tannenzapfen mit leicht ätherischen Anklängen. Am Gaumen eine herzhafte -Naturwein- Textur mit einnehmender Säure und (noch) deutlichen Hefezopf-Eindrücken, dazu ein durchaus zupackendes Tannin, ergibt einen Trousseau-typischen eher rauhen Gesamteindruck.
