Gekeltert aus Welschriesling und Scheurebe, Ersteres aus Slowenien, Zweiteres aus der Steiermark. In der Nase mit zarter Duftigkeit, sauber, klar und ausgewogen, mit weichem Körper und feiner Würze. Ein charmanter PetNat mit sehr dezenter Wildheit und viel glouglou, perfekter Einstieg in die Welt der natürlich vergorenen Schäumer! [CB 05/2020]
