Harmonisch, würzige Nase mit Malznoten, Schwarzkümmel, Veilchen, Nelke, leicht rauchiger Duft von Holzkohle und zarter ätherischer Einfluss mit einem Hauch Rote Beete. Am Gaumen eine drahtige Struktur mit einer angenehmen Säure, gut dazu passend ein dezenter, geschmeidiger Gerbstoff, in großen neutralen Fässern ausgebaut und daher keinerlei Röstaromatik, dafür jetzt mehr Fruchtaromatik mit Spuren von roten Johannisbeeren, Brombeere und Sauerkirschen. Ein schnörkelloser und geradliniger Blaufränkisch. [Jg. 2021]
