Der Sauvignon Blanc Urwerk ist eine Art Ur-Wein - unfiltriert und ungeschwefelt. In der Nase wild-tropische Fruchtaromatik mit Melone, Mango und Sternfrucht, grüne Oliven, geerdet durch vielschichtige Kräuternoten von Rosmarin, Petersilie bis Korianderkraut, eine winzige Nuance Kakao. Am Gaumen eine phenolische Textur, pikant und lebendig mit leicht herben Komponenten, reifer Fruchtschmelz, dezente Säure, Geschmack von Beerenschalen, intensiv und außergewöhnlich auch im Abgang.
