Eine Spätlese so klar und frisch, filigran und tänzelnd und das ganze trotz immenser Konzentration und enormer Tiefe, das können nicht viele Lagen und in 2021 ist Egon Müller eine durchwegs sensationelle Serie gelungen. Das ist an sich etwas nicht so ganz außergewöhnliches im Hause Müller, was in 2021 allerdings für die Überraschung sorgt, dass die Weine schon so perfekt balanciert in ihrem Süß-Säure-Spiel sind und deshalb auch schon so zugänglich sind.
