Der Ortswein von Theresa Breuer, sehr helles Grünbelb, karge Nase mit leicht vegetabilen Aromen, nicht ganz reife Ananas, Nuancen von Selleriekraut, staubige Mineralik. Am Gaumen eine minimalistische Textur, schlank, salzig-mineralisch, Steinmehl, man spürt förmlich den Quartz, zieht gut nach hinten bleibt lang. Ein großartiger Rheingauer Riesling! [GB 03/2020]
