Die klassifizierte Lage Bernkasteler Badstube besteht hauptsächlich aus Schiefer mit einer dünnen Erdauflage. Goldenes Grüngelb, in der Nase -doch sehr typisch Mosel- nach gelbem Apfel, Birne, Stachelbeere, Zitronenzeste, Kräutern, Lavendel und einer zierlichen Mineralität. Am Gaumen sehr saftig, dezente Extraktsüße, mit zartem Schmelz und einer feinen Säure, Ananasfrucht, immer elegant, harmonisch und mit einem zurückhaltenden aber bestimmten mineralischen Abgang.
