Unter dem Motto "Alles erlaubt, nichts verboten" kreiert Johannes in seiner Revolutions-Linie spannende Naturweine für jeden Tag. Seine Revolution Pink besteht aus Syrah, St. Laurent und der roten Piwi-Rebsorte Roesler, die er ganz nach Sherry-Vorbild im Solera-System ausbaut und so möglichst gleichbleibende Qualität von Abfüllung zu Abfüllung schaffen möchte. Rebsorten und Jahrgang stehen hier im Hintergrund, dafür wird komplexe Frucht groß geschrieben!
