Von alten Burgunderklonen aus der berühmten Lage Stierkopf bei Mutzig. 12 Tage lang halbkohlensäurehaltige Mazeration an ganzen Trauben und anschließend 8 Monate in Edelstahltanks gereift. dieser Pinot Noir öffnet sich mit Belüftung und entwickelt leicht rauchige Aromen. Am Gaumen ist er fleischig, leicht straff und adstringierend, voller Energie und Länge.
