Manila, der etwas andere Grüne Veltliner! Es ist der Einstieg in die Naturweinserie von Martin Nittnaus. Vergoren wird spontan in der Amphore, zu einem Drittel sind es ganze Trauben, die Frische und Saftigkeit reinbringen sollen. Anschließend bleibt der Wein in der Amphore und wird dann ungeschönt und unfiltriert abgefüllt. In der Nase zarte Reduktion, Feuerstein, Grapefruitzeste, dazu kommen leicht herbale Nuancen und etwas Würze. Am Gaumen feiner Gerbstoff, Brennesel, Kamille wieder etwas Grapefruit mit frischer Säure und gutem Grip. [ND Jg. 2021]
