In der Nase viel Apfelfrucht, auch etwas Apfelschale, daneben noch Mirabellenkerne und eine zarte Heu-Würze, unterstützt von einer leichten Rauchigkeit. Am Gaumen mit einer eher schlanken Textur, dabei saftig mit leicht grünlichen Nuancen: Melone und Ringlotten, zart mineralisch mit mittlerer Säure, unpatriziös und solide im Finish. [GB Jg. 2021]
