Die kleine Parzelle Roche Bézigon mit alten Chenin Blanc Rebstöcken wird biologisch bewirtschaftet, die Reben von Hand gelesen und nach kurzer Maischestandzeit langsam und mit viel Luftkontakt (oxidativ) verarbeitet. Dem Ausbau entsprechend mit einem satten goldgelb, in der Nase etwas Bienenwachs (typisch für Chenin blanc), zart nach Zitronenabrieb und Kräuternoten, getrockneter Salbei, minimal Kümmel, auch eine leichte Reduktion. Am Gaumen ein kräftige Textur, mit fundierter Säure, wieder leicht wachsig, würzig, mit schönen herben Abgang. [GB Jg. 2021]
