Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase edelholzwürze, kandierte Orangenschalen, Litschi, feiner Blütenhonig, ein Hauch Weingartenpfirsich. Am Gaumen sehr elegant, mineralische Textur, fast pfeffrige Nuancen, lebendige Säure, leichte Zitrusnoten und Exotik im Abgang, bleibt gut haften, süße gelbe Fruchtnoten in Nachhall. [Jg. 2013]
