Liebhaber von Jura-Chardonnay kommen an der "Cuvée du D'jopin" nicht vorbei, ein ausgewogener Wein, in der Nase exotische Papaya, ein Hauch Quitte, auch leicht nach Mandeln, am Gaumen eine füllige Textur, fein abgerundet mit Zitrus- und Akaziennoten, sehr dezent setzt die Säure ein - die aber fokusierter wird und in eine leichte Salzigkeit mündet, eine schöne Phenolik begleitet den Abgang.
