Der Trousseau von Bruno Bienaumé stammt aus der Lage Vignes de Cour in Ruffey-sur-Seille mit tyischen Kalkmergelböden. Die Trauben werden per Hand gelesen und nach einer Maischegärung mit wenig Bewegung schonend gepresst und für 15 Monate in gebrauchten Barriques ausgebaut.
