Der Sauvignon Blanc Gamlitz ersetzt die ehemalige Steirische Klassik am Weingut Sattlerhof, da alle Trauben aus Lagen rund um die Ortschaft kommen, wurde er zum Ortswein aufgewertet. In der Nase dezente gelbe Frucht, weiße Johannisbeeren, Nuancen von Holunderblüten, dazu etwas gekochter Fenchel, ein Hauch frischer Koriander, auch rauchige Ansätze. Am Gaumen eine herzhafte Textur mit würzigem Beginn, dazu ein feiner Schmelz der perfekt von Säure eingerahmt wird, Sternfrucht und Bananenblätter, guter Druck, mürbe Struktur und etwas Maracuja hinten raus.
