Der Rosé Spring Break ist ein klassischer Zillinger, leichtfüßig und frisch, mit feiner Frucht, dabei aber immer auch animierend. In der Nase mit zugänglicher Frucht, feine Erdbeere, ein Hauch Rhabarber aber auch ein dezenter wilder Touch mit Salbei und reifer Mango. Am Gaumen frisch und mit viel Schwung, eine dezente Struktur und viel Frucht, wieder Rhabarber, dazu etwas Apfelschale und Grapefruit, leicht mürber Touch im Finish. Sehr stimmig und für einen Basis-Rosé mit toller Vielschichtigkeit! [GB 01/2021]
