Der Gutsriesling trägt am Weingut Knipser den alten Hofnamen - Johannishof. In der Nase viel Frische, weiße Johannisbeeren, Apfel, Ananas und etwas Stachelbeere. Am Gaumen saftig und straff mit einer leicht mürben Struktur, wieder Stachelbeeren, und Limettenzeste unterstreicht die sehr lebendige Säure, Waldmeister und grüner Apfel zum Abgang hin, erfrischender Trinkspaß.
