Der Poulprix ist eine Cuvée aus Gamay und Pinot Noir. Der Gamay wächst im Beaujolais und der Pinot kommt aus dem Jura. Die Trauben wurden gemeinsam verarbeitet und Semi-Carbonic verarbeitet, das fördert die Frucht und die Frische. Animierend, leichtfüßig und knackig frisch, ein leichter Rotwein mit ungemeinem Zug.
